Order’s can be cancelled by contacting us via our contact form or email, but only within 24 hours of the order placement, and before a tracking number is sent. If you receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being placed, as long as it hasn’t been processed by a postal service, you can still request a cancellation. Pre-Orders specifically cannot be cancelled or refunded, as all proceeds from pre-orders go to the cost of manufacturing items for said pre-order.

If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If you receive your item, no refund can be given.

If you have an issue with your order, please reach out with your order information and we will get back to you within the next few days, and do our absolute best to resolve whatever issue you may have.

If you do have an issue with an order, there are circumstances where you may receive a replacement, depending on a case by case basis.

If you chargeback or open a case against us without contacting us first, you may be restricted from placing future orders.

Typically, pre-orders have stages they go through before they’re ready to ship.
First, they need funded via orders placed.

Second, they need time to be manufactured and produced.

Third, they need time to be quality control checked as well as tested.

Finally, they have to be shipped to the US, to our small business. This can take anywhere from a month to two months depending on the current state of shipping containers and cargo ships on their way to the US.

Once they arrive to us, we do our best to individually pack and send them out to you!
